Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns.

Refund Policy

At Unique Design , we want you to be satisfied with your
purchase. You have the option of a certain percentage refund.

The refund will be initiated for the price of the product only. When initiating refunds, shipping fee will need to be calculated , because shipping fee is not refundable.

Conditions for Refunds:

Item must be unused and in its original packaging.

Proof of purchase is required.

Non-Refundable Items:

Gift cards and certain sale items.
