Thank you for choosing Unique Design. We value your business. Our shipping times takes 10-18 days, after confirmation of payment, tracking number will be sent to you after estimated 3 days. We primarily use various shipping methods to ensure you receive your products as soon as possible. We can't guarantee an exact timeframe.

Once the tracking number confirms "delivered" to your specified address, our responsibility ends there. You will then have to get in contact with the delivery company in question .

In case the shipping service notes a package as "lost" and the tracking shows it was never delivered, we'll be happy to refund a percentage or the full amount.
